Military Vet Launches The Growth Coach

After a career in the military and in engineering leadership, Tony Colombo is excited to announce that he just opened his own business and sales coaching business – The Growth Coach of Middle Tennessee.

As a Growth Coach, Colombo will offer group and one-on-one coaching for business owners and leaders, managers, management teams, self-employed professionals, sales people and more through a wide variety of programs offered in three series – the Foundational Series, Fundamental Series and Fast-Forward Series. The Growth Coach’s mission is to help business leaders build more successful business and more balanced lives. “For me, The Growth Coach is about developing leaders through personal and professional growth. Colombo started his career as a Special Operations Engineer with the United States Army for eight years. He then worked as a manufacturing engineer for three years before moving into various management roles in quality control, service and operations. His most recent roles include the Direct of Service for GE Healthcare and then the Director of Corporate Quality and Compliance for Sodexo. Throughout his career, Colombo’s focus has been on improving systems and processes by leading diverse teams and building, maintaining and marketing products and service-based technologies through effective leadership. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Memphis and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Belmont University. Colombo lives in Franklin with his wife, Bettie. The two have three daughters – Diane, Isabel and Zoe.
