Leadership, Independence and a Proven System – The Growth Coach is Perfect for Veterans

Meet Corey Frasure, the owner of The Growth Coach of Northern California. Corey is a military veteran who served in the United States Air Force-Air National Guard from 1994 to 2014 in both New Mexico and California. While in the military, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His civilian work was with an award-winning United States-based communications manufacturing company in Southern California, most recently as Sales Director for United States Government Sales.

In the military, Corey worked with public safety during disasters. He did not have the luxury of focusing on one or two small problems – he had to be able to look at the whole situation and find the most effective ways to address multiple problems at once for the best possible outcome.

That is at that core of what we do at The Growth Coach. Our programs are about having someone help you step back from the business allowing you to see the full picture, create a plan that addresses the challenges, put systems into place, and build a roadmap toward a successful future.

“As I have progressed in my career, I found that people came to me for guidance, and working with those people – and seeing their successes – was rewarding to me in a way that no job had ever been. As I was trying to figure out how to make a living helping others I started looking at various franchises and I found The Growth Coach. I did not even know a franchise like this existed and, the more I learned, the more I realized this was exactly what I wanted to do. I never had anything speak to me the way The Growth Coach does.”

And Corey isn’t the only one. The Growth Coach is thrilled to have multiple military veterans in our franchisee ranks and The Growth Coach was recognized in Entrepreneur’s 2020 Top Franchises for Veterans.

Corey said his success as a Growth Coach, thus far, is as much about his passion and the support from The Growth Coach as it is about the leadership and problem-solving skills he honed in the military.

“The Growth Coach products and services provide opportunities to leverage my leadership skills and experience I gained through my military service. I knew I wanted to own a business and that I wanted to leverage my unique skills and experience from my years in the military and corporate world. So, I started researching franchises that would allow me to keep my investment and startup time low and did not require huge investments in infrastructure or staff,” Corey said.

“The team at The Growth Coach were friendly and supportive and walked me through every question that I had before and after purchase and continue to offer support after two years. The group of coaches in the organization work together to better each other and the brand making everyone stronger. I am more than happy with my decision to be a Growth Coach, and I am excited for the success that my business holds for my future,” he added.
