We’ve perfected rigorous training programs that cover every aspect of the coaching experience, and we’re constantly updating our materials and the training that goes with them.
“The path to becoming a Growth Coach begins almost immediately after you sign the agreement,” says Ray Fabik, President. “Our five-week Jump Start program is an online, in-home training program that helps get you ready for the week-long site training in Cincinnati. We strive to give you the foundation you’ll need to start business on Day One.”
Though much of The Growth Coach model is easy to follow, we nevertheless focus a significant portion of the training on getting you ready to deliver the programs to your clients, and you’ll work with Growth Coaches who have the experience to help you become the best coach possible.
