Once you submit your information, you will receive an email with a link to the free The Growth Coach Franchise Report, which will give you detailed information about our brand, as well as the requirements to franchise with The Growth Coach. After that, here’s what you can expect:
Introductory Phone Call
Within one business day or sooner, a member of The Growth Coach franchising staff will reach out to you by phone. The first call usually lasts about 20 minutes, which gives us a chance to introduce ourselves to one another and address initial questions.
During this call, you can ask questions about operating a Growth Coach, and we’ll inquire about why you think you’d be a good fit for our franchise family. We’ll also go over some of the basic qualifications to become a franchisee and outline what you can expect as you move through the initial franchise phase towards eventual ownership.
Educational Phone Calls
After you’ve completed the initial phone call, we’ll conduct a series of educational calls in which we unpack various aspects of The Growth Coach business model, conduct additional discovery about you and your ability to effectively own a franchise location, and explore the financial qualifications you must meet. At some point during this process, you’ll fill out the Franchise Application (Request for Consideration), including financial disclosures, which will trigger the next phase of the process.
Due Diligence Phase
While we continue educating you about the business, including an in-depth explanation of our latest Franchise Disclosure Document, we’ll continue to conduct due diligence to ensure your information is accurate and provides everything we’ll need to make the final determination about your Growth Coach territory. We’ll also set up time for you to spend with senior management within our organization so that they can get to know you.
We’ll also help you apply for any financing you may need to open your Growth Coach franchise location. Once we’ve completed our due diligence procedures, we’ll advance you to the next phase – meeting the team.
Meet the Team Day
You will travel to our home office in Cincinnati, Ohio, where you’ll meet with The Growth Coach management team, our founder, other Growth Coach franchise owners and support personnel. During this discovery day, you’ll also become more familiar with the materials and support you receive as a Growth Coach franchise. Once the discovery day has concluded, you will have time to reflect, consider your options and ultimately determine if The Growth Coach is the right business opportunity for you.
Signing the Agreement
Once we’ve completed these initial steps, you’ll sign your Franchise Agreement, pay your initial deposit and franchise fee, and then it’s off to the races, beginning with our 90-day Secret to Success marketing plan.
From the time you sign a franchise agreement with The Growth Coach franchises, we estimate that your location can be open in as little as ten weeks.
